We use a fine combed cotton T-shirt: classic unisex tee, 165gsm, 100% cotton. The melange T-shirts are 65% polyester and 35% cotton. It has taped shoulders and a taped neckline. There are side seams and a double stitched hem. They are made in India and come in sizes XS-4XL.

Depending on stock T-shirts are available in black, navy, bottle, red, royal, white, yellow, olive, stone, orange, pink, grey melange, purple, burgundy, lime, emerald, chocolate, powder blue, lemon, lilac, peach, mint green, dusty pink, mustard, and aqua.

Direct-to-garment printing is the process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology.

We print with Eco Friendly Water Based inks.

DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the textile by the print head.

Since this is a digital process, the print is sharper and has a higher resolution, or DPI, than traditional printing methods such as screen printing. Unlike screen printing, there is no long setup or clean-up process.

Our service includes consulting, T-shirt setup, DTG printing and delivery. Graphic design services are also available if needed.

We have a general 5-7 working day turnaround time depending on how many shirts are ordered before shipping out. Although we always strive to ship out earlier and deliver as soon as possible.

Please note:

Dark garments receive a white base layer therefore their prints are more expensive.

3XL and 4XL are R5.00 more per shirt than the prices on the price list.

Prices on the Price List are for prints up to size A4.

A3 prints carry an extra cost of R30.00 for white garments and R60.00 for dark garments.

Small logos “10x10cm” is priced at R40.00 for white garments and R45.00 for dark garments.

We charge a one time setup fee of R250.00 per T-shirt. Once your design is set up with us you can easily print on demand.

Courier cost is set at R175.00.
